Who is responsible for the data?

Nannies at Work Africa Limited (“NaaWA”) is responsible for the personal data collected through this survey and interest register. Questions or requests may be sent to info@naawa.africa.

Two separate purposes

Baseline evidence: survey answers are used in aggregate to understand childcare needs, design pilots, prepare partnership and funding materials, and evaluate future outcomes.

Pre-launch pipeline: waitlist and partner-interest details are used to qualify, contact and manage potential parent participants, employers, event organisers and coworking partners.

Completing the survey does not automatically join the waitlist or a marketing list. Those choices require separate action and consent.

What we collect

The survey collects role-relevant answers, an opaque response reference and campaign attribution. Optional follow-up contact details are stored separately from analytical answer fields. The interest register collects contact details, broad location, pilot-fit information, consent choices and campaign attribution. Please do not provide a child’s name, diagnosis, medical record or exact home address.

Contact and marketing choices

Permission to contact you about a stated pilot or partnership interest is separate from permission to send general NaaWA launch news or marketing. Marketing permission is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting NaaWA or using an unsubscribe option in a message.

Sharing, security and retention

NaaWA restricts access to authorised personnel and service providers used to host, protect or manage the survey and pipeline. We do not sell survey or waitlist data. Aggregated or anonymised findings may be included in proposals, reports and investment or grant materials. Identifiable records are reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations or an active relationship.

Your choices and rights

You may ask NaaWA to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before the request. Contact info@naawa.africa and include the relevant survey or interest reference where available.
